While she knew she was breaking the law and knew that she could possibly wind up in jail. Jaycee is willing to risk it in hopes that things will turn out in her favor.
Any other day professional baseball player Reed Tyler would be considered the perfect prince charming but not on the night he catches Jaycee breaking into his home. Naked and furious he turns the tables on his intruder and becomes the evil villain. When reality snaps Reed back into the real world, he cannot resist being the knight in shining armor when he discovers that Jaycee holds the one thing he has always wanted.

Strike is the second book in the Completion series. I knew after reading the first book Play that I wanted to read more of this series. And now I'm finally getting around the reading the next book in this series. While Strike was good I didn't find it as entertaining as Play it was still a good book and one worth reading but just not as good as the first one.

I've read Come Away With Me a few times before and since I never did a review on it I thought I do one know. While I didn't find this book quite as good as when I read it the first time it still held my interest and had me wanting to keep reading. I've read multiple books in the With Me in Seattle series and this one was the only one that has really stuck with me and one that I've wanted to keep reading after all this time.

Intended (The Potential Series #2) By: M.L. Ridener

(N) Chloe Weever has always dreamed of finding her fated mate and to have that fairytale ending with him. Being a Potential and finding her soulmate should have guaranteed for Chloe to find her happiness. But with Cyrus, a psychotic panther, still stalking her with motives yet to be determined. Chloe will do anything to protect the ones she loves, even if it means sacrificing her happily ever after.
Falcon Tonalee made a promise a long time ago. A promise to always protect the one that fate chose for him. But his vow is tested when his mate-consumed by fear- closes herself off and pushes him away.

Intended is the next book in the Potential series. This book leaves off not that long after where Intended ended. And unlike with Potential this book focuses more on the relationship between Aribelle's cousin Chloe and Connell's best friend and beta, Falcon. And while I was really into the first book in this series this one just didn't do it for me and now I don't know how I feel about wanting to continue on with this series.

Potential (The Potential Series #1) By: M.L. Ridener

(N) Eighteen year old Aribelle Weever has been on the run for the last two years with her aunt and cousin. Aribelle or Ari and her cousin are being hunted by a group a crazed panther shifters. Ari is a Potential and it is said that Potentials have the ability to unlock great power from within their fated mates. The panthers don't care about fated mates the only thing they want is power. Aribelle isn't giving up her freedom without a fight, but she can't shake the fear that always seem to follow her. But all that changes when she moves to the little town of Winago Heights.
Connell O'Reilly has been plagued by the death of his parents for the past eight years. The attack on his parents was meant to destroy all of them but with the help of his best friend Connell they were able to save their brothers. Because of that night now only the five of them are left and Connell was thrown into the roles of father, provider and Alpha. It wasn't easy to be fifteen and all of a sudden have to take on so many roles but sometimes you have to plays the hands you're dealt. Since then life has been quiet for the five of them, that is until Connell's brothers meet the new girl in town.

While Potential wasn't as good as some of the other shifter books that I have read I still found myself enjoying the book. And while I don't really have the desire to read this book again I do want to read the next book in this series to see what happens next.

Rainbows Ever After By: J. J. McAvoy

(N) Rainbows Ever After is an extended happily ever after novella after the book Black Rainbow.

After all the drama they have faced in Black Rainbow Levi Black and Thea Cunning are back. This novella was a quick read on what has been going on in Levi and Thea's life after Black Rainbow. Rainbows Ever After was told through both Levi's and Thea's points of view. It was also told in parts,  the past and the present. The past consisted of, switching back and forth between while Thea is pregnant and the first few days and weeks after Levi and Thea's child is born. As for the present; that takes places a few months after the baby is born.

Rainbows Ever After was just as entertaining as Black Rainbow. I found myself unable to put it down and wanted to read more. You cannot help but find the dynamic between Levi and Thea to be entertaining and just want to read more of them. This book just didn't seem to be enough for me and I found myself wanting to read more by the end of it. If you haven't read this book or the one before it then I suggest you do so.

Into The Fire (Night Prince #4) By: Jeaniene Frost

(N) For nearly six centuries Vlad Tepesh cared for nothing, in doing so he never ran the risk of having something to lose. With a reputation as brutal as his own Vlad ensured that all but his most foolhardy stayed away. Now he's fallen in love with Lelia and that has put Vlad at the mercy of his passion. And one adversary has found a devastating way to use Vlad's new bride against him.
A powerful spell links Lelia to the necromancer Mircea. If he suffers or dies then so does she. Magic is forbidden to vampires, so Vlad and Lelia enlist an unlikely guide as they search for a way to break the spell. But an ancient enemy lies in wait, capable of turning Vlad and Lelia's closest friends against them...and finally tearing the lovers apart forever.

The conclusion to the Night Prince series is finally here! After seeming like forever to get here I have finally been able to read what happens next for Vlad and Lelia. And I can just say that it was well worth the wait. I just could not seem to put this book down, I kept wanting to read more and more until I had reached the end of the novel, all of which took place in one day and what an ending.
With Bound By Flames, the previous book in this series, I wasn't ready for the series to end and was more than a little excited to found out that there was going to be a fourth book in the series. And now that that book is here I'm happy to say that the series ended on such a good note that I'm ready for this series to end with this book. If you haven't read the Night Prince series then I sincerely suggest that you do so.

Aroused (Life Shocks Romances #1) By: Jade Kerrion

(N) Dr. Vera Rios is recently divorced and is too busy navigating the potholes of single parenthood to look for Mr. Right but then along comes a man who cherished her, adores her daughter and helps her find her sexy groove. The problem, Mr. Perfect is an escort.
Rowan Forrester conceals many other secrets, one of which threatens the happiness that he has finally found. A happiness that includes being with Vera. All Vera wants is to be happy, to be able to spend time with her daughter, and maybe even find love again. When it seems like Vera won't be able to have it all she will have to choose between her beloved daughter and the man of her dreams.

Aroused was another one of those books that you could purchase for free and those books have either been a hit or miss for me. With that being said when I started reading this book I didn't have that much expectations for it. And I was actually surprised to find out that for the most part I actually enjoyed reading it. Aroused seemed like a good read for the first half of it but after that it just seemed to drag on and had things occurring that didn't really seem necessary with how the story line started out. Aroused was just not the book for me.

Addison doesn't think that she'll ever see the mystery man from the restaurant again, that is until she uses the running track in her new building and there he is, Cole Mauricio.

But Addison never could have guessed just how dangerous Cole would turn out to be. Cole would become the man to wake Addison up from her depression but he was also the man who was the leader of the mafia.

Cole was yet another hit for Tijan. It seems like I've been waiting so long for this book to come out and now that it's here I'm happy to say that Tijan did not disappoint. I just could not seen to put this book down and managed to finish it all in just a few hours. If I haven't said so already or you just haven't done it yet then you need to started reading Tijan's books.
