Piper: He's the boss of her panties. Literally. As in his's the fiercely protective big brother and utterly supportive CEO of his sister's clothing company - the one Piper designs lingerie for. Yep, he's as dreamy as he sounds. So dreamy, in fact, that Piper can't seem to string to coherent sentences together around the man. Until, that is, the day she opens her mouth at one of their design staff meetings for the first time ever. And now here she is, working directly with Cole, the one man she can't stop thinking about while designing lacy bits for women whose sex lives are undoubtedly more interesting than Piper's nonexistent one...
Cole: Piper designs some of the sexist lingerie Cole has ever laid eyes on. The quietly classy kind. The kind he can imagine her wearing. Even though he shouldn't. She's his little sister's employee, for chrisstakes; he can't touch her. So instead, Cole just showed up at the design staff meetings every month. His sister thinks Cole's just keeping an eye on the company's bottom line. He's not. Cole only has eyes for one bottom these days - Piper's. And now that he's discovered the shyest lingerie designer on the planet is capable of exchanging more than a few words with him each month, it'll be a miracle if Cole can stop thinking about her all at...
I loved reading Boss of my Panties I just could not seem to put it down. It was especially nice to read a good after my last few books were not nearly as interesting. The only problem I actually had with Boss of my Panties is that it was such a short read. Just when things were getting good it seemed like this book was all over. And if that's the worst thing I can say about this book then this is definitely something you should give a read.

The Breakup Plan By: Jennifer Sucevic
Grayson McNichols can have his pick of girls on campus. Just ask him and he'll tell you that the females of Hillsdale University have a real penchant for sexy, hockey playing hotties. Hell, all he has to do is flash a smile in their direction and they fall right onto their backs and spread their legs.
Would Whitney happen to be one of them? She'd probably plea the fifth on that one.
Whitney made the mistake of knocking boots with Gray freshman year. What can she say? She's a sucker for gorgeous guys with inky black hair, bright blue eyes, and dimples. And don't ever get her started on his chiseled chest and abs of steel...
After they hooked up, Whitney never heard from Gray again. Not that she expected too. Okay, that's a lie. Maybe for one brief, delusion moment, she thought she might be different. You know, the girl who changes the hockey playing bad boy for the better (cue the laughter). But he swiftly disabused Whitney's of that notion by moving on to fresh meat in the blink of an eye.
Which is precisely why she has avoided Grayson like the plague ever since. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and she totally deserves what she got. Well, she doesn't plan on falling into that trap ever again. Except...now their parents are dating, and Gray's come up with a cockamamie plan to break them up that has disaster written all over it.
I didn't end up enjoying The Breakup Plan as much as I thought I would. When I first read the sample I thought this book would be something I would enjoy but I was sadly mistaken. Not even a quarter of the way through and I already started to get bored. I only finished reading just to finish but The Breakup Plan is not one that I will be reading again.

Tainted Kiss (Tainted Knights #1) By: Terri Anne Browning
All it took was one look, one kiss.
The promise he made - Santana should have known better. He was a rock star and she had no time for a guy like him in her life.
She fell anyways. Santana believed his promises. Held onto them and waited.
But the things about rockers is that their private lives are never truly private. Seeing him on the cover of a national tabloid shouldn't have surprised her.
Seeing him with two women all over him? That nearly broke her.
Now the memory of that first magical kiss was TAINTED.
I loved reading Brownings first Rocker series, I couldn't put them down and because of that I just knew I was going to love not only this book but this series. Well, you know the old saying 'don't get your hopes up' that definitely applied here. Tainted Kiss in no one did it for me. I really wanted to like not only this book but this series, and I just couldn't.

Bennett Mafia By: Tijan
There were always whispers about Riley's roommate at Hillcrest Academy.
The wealthiest of the wealthy sent their kids to this boarding school, and Brooke Bennett has been at the top, although Riley never quiet knew why. She was fun and outgoing, but she kept quiet about her family. The only things she showed Riley were photographs of her brothers.
Riley became fascinated with Brooke's second oldest brother. Kai Bennett.
He was the most of them all. Smoldering. Hypnotic. Alluring. Kai had eyes that pulled her in and a face that haunted her dreams.
Then she met him.
He came to their school with their father, and that's when Riley learned what kind of family Brooke came from. They were mafia, and Brooke's oldest brother was dead. Her father said accident, but Brooke said murder.
Three months later, her father died, and Kai became the head of the Bennett family. Brooke left Hillcrest for good, and that was the last time Riley saw her.
Fourteen years later, Riley's staring at Brooke's face on the television. Brooke is missing.
Two days later, Kai Bennett kidnaps Riley.
I have been waiting to read Bennett Mafia since I first read the synopsis weeks ago and yet again Tijan did not disappoint. I could not put Bennett Mafia down nor did I want to. I couldn't get enough of the love/hate relationship between Kai and Riley. This is why I love reading Tijan's books because more times than not she has me never wanting to stop reading her stories.

The Upside of Love (Love# 2) By: Sandi Lynn
Life couldn't be more perfect for Luke and Lily. Luke was living life, happy, being with the woman of his dreams and owning his own bar. Lily was incredibly happy being with the man of her dreams and pursuing a career in photography. Everything was perfect until something from Lily's past surfaced, causing Luke to think twice about their relationship.
I read the first book in this two part series a long time ago. I put off reading book two for so long because before even going into it I already predicted what the twist would be for book two, and it turns out I was 100% correct. That in and of itself was reason enough why I put off reading this book, after all why read a book when it's so obvious what was going to happen next. And turns out I was right, I wasn't able to get into this book at all, while I did finish reading The Upside of Love it wasn't without difficulty.

One Night in Paris By: Sandi Lynn
She has two rules in life:
1. Never marry someone you're not in love with.
2. Do what makes you happy and not what's expected of you.
Anna flew to Paris to spend her honeymoon alone after she left her fiance and life standing at the alter in California. She had her reasons and wasn't going to let a perfectly good trip go to waste. On her first night, Anna met a captivating man who was there on business and leaving the next morning to fly back to the States. She knew nothing about him, only his first name. Their one night together left a mark on Anna that she'd never forget. Little did she know when she moved to New York, he'd be the man she'd be working for, a temporary job that fell into her lap by accident. Anna's life was complicated enough, and it was about to get a whole lot more complicated.
One night in Paris. That was all it took to make Wes' trip complete. She was beautiful, smart, and addicting. He wanted to stay but couldn't. Why make things harder than they had to be? Wes flew back to New York and went about his business, trying to forget the one night they shared. Imagine his shock when Wes saw her standing in the doorway of a conference room as his temporary personal assistant. Wes had trust issues as it was when it came to women and for good reason. She lied to him and he couldn't trust her. She was complicated. Her life was complicated and now his life was feeling the same way.
While the last Sandi Lynn book I read was not nearly as interesting as some of her other stories, One Night in Paris brought it all back. I could not put down One Night in Paris for anything.
