      Amelia knows she needs to keep her distance from Sawyer and keep her heart intact. But no matter who she chooses, someone heart will be broken.
   
      When I started reading Just an Illusion Part One I just could not seem to put it down. But somewhere along the way I found myself growing bored with the story. And that's one of the worst things that could happen when you start out reading a book and liking it, is finding yourself slowly disliking what started out on such a good note. Another thing that I didn't like was that the chapters were just so long. It seemed like I was waiting forever for a chapter to end so that I could either stop for the day or even just stop reading for the time being. Either way I really wanted to like this book but there just came a point where I just wanted to get through with this book and leave it at that.

The Terms: Part Two (The Terms Duet #2) By: Ruby Rowe

(N) Camilla longed to believe that her bond with Ellis was impenetrable, but in reality, she held onto secrets that could blow their new relationship wide open. Would he be able to understand that they were both betrayed by Ellis' brother or would he just take his anger out on the only one he could, on the one who was still alive?
      Once Sasha left rehab the thought of living alone during recovery was a scary thought, but being told that she was going to be living with Ellis' attractive cousin instead of going back to her apartment was terrifying. While was living with Camilla, her sister ran a tight ship, but she wasn't nearly as intimidating as Greyson and the terms he laid out for Sasha. But the terms weren't what affected Sasha the most, it was living with Greyson, the looks they share and the not so innocent touches. Greyson Burke saw something in Sasha that she was struggling with in herself.
 
      While The Terms Part One focuses solely on Camilla and Ellis and their relationship, The Terms Part Two was a little different. Not only was Part Two about Camilla and Ellis but it was also about Sasha, Camilla's sister and Greyson, Ellis' cousin.
      With Part One ending on a cliffhanger I could not wait to read Part Two to see what happened next. When I started reading Part Two I didn't know that this story was going to be told from four different people's point of views until Sasha came back into the picture. Originally I thought the Sasha-Greyson relationship would be it's own book story but instead Part Two was about both sets of relationships, each being told in the span of one story. And because of this double whammy I couldn't enjoy The Terms Part Two as much as I wanted to. Part One was such a good read but Part Two was a bit of a let down. I just found the four points of views to be a bit to much for a series that started out with just two people telling the story.

The Terms: Part One (The Terms Duet #1) By: Ruby Rowe

Then Tony died without knowing his kid and Ellis, Tony's brother, was going to make sure that Camilla Rose paid a price for her deceit. He also wanted Liam to be raised as a Burke. The Burke family legacy was one to carry on, so the terms were straightforward; live in his home. Allow Ellis to help raise Liam. And last but not least, agree to be Ellis' submissive.
      In return to agreeing to Ellis' terms, he agrees not to rip Liam away from Camilla. He also offers them both financial security and a life of luxury. To Ellis, this is a generous offer. And would have been simple too, had she not reminded him of the lady in red. The one who has been haunting Ellis' dreams at night. Camilla's hazel eyes were a mirror image and her sweetness, was more than an acquaintance to Ellis' subconscious.
      Ellis is a hacker, and the internet was his best friend, sharing every secret that he wishes to unearth. This is what he chose to believe until an unfathomable truth revealed itself in a different way.

     The Terms Part One, was a good read. I found myself at times not wanting to put it down and then with a cliffhanger ending I couldn't wait to read this next book in this series. If The Terms Part One interests you then I say give it a read.

Luke: The Complete Series By: Cassia Leo

And that is not something that Brina can allow, something she won't allow. But saying that she will resist the charms of the hottest tech billionaire in America and actually doing so are two completely different things.
     I have read Luke multiple times now and still manage to fall in love with it with each read. Luke might seem like a long read but you actually read through it rather quickly. If you haven't given Luke a read then I say give it a try.

       After reading Playing the Millionaire I have to say I'm a little disappointed with Sandi Lynn. I for the most part tend to enjoy reading her books, but this was just did not do it for me. I was ready for the book to be over before I was even halfway through it. And by the time I got to the end I was basically just skimming through the pages all to see how this story would end.  As much as I hate to say it, I cannot recommend giving this a read.

Filthy Beautiful Lies (Filthy Beautiful Lies #1) By: Kendall Ryan

       Colton Drake had no idea why Sophie was auctioning off her virginity for a cool mill. Regardless, he's now the proud new owner of a perfectly intact hymen. Drake has certain tastes, certain sexual needs and those are something that Drake doesn't think a virgin can give him, at least not without training and patience - two things which Drake lacks.
     
      Filthy Beautiful Lies was a nice surprise. I wasn't expecting much going into this book but I was pleasantly surprised with just how much I actually enjoyed reading it. I could not seem to put Filthy Beautiful Lies down and before I knew it I was already halfway through the book. And then the ending just seemed to come out of nowhere. I cannot wait to read what happens next.

Holding Out (Hawks MC Club #1) By: Lila Rose

       Just when Zara's past catches up with her, she'll need, not only Talon's protection, but the help from his biker brothers. Now if only she'd stop fighting him along the way.
 
      I am so not usually one to read a MC book or to even enjoyed it when I do read them every now and then. But with Holding Out, this was something completely different. I could not seem to want to put it down and I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that while this is a MC series it didn't focus on that so much. It wasn't so much having to deal with the club business and MC life as it was about Zara and Talon, and that is an MC book that I don't mind reading. One that focuses more on the two individuals with a little bit of MC in between.
     I think that you should really give Holding Out a read.
