One With You (Crossfire 5) By: Sylvia Day

(N)  In this final book of the Crossfire series,  after falling in love Gideon and Ava are finally married. But while marrying each other was easy staying together is more of a challenge especially when there's still so much damage between the two.  Both Gideon and Ava have shared their deepest and ugliest secrets with one another, they both suffer from their pasts in different ways. Both have lived separate lives when it comes to family and Gideon is having to learn what it means to really share Ava with those around them, specifically her close family. But this isn't the only thing that could come between the two newlyweds.
On With You is the fifth and final book in the Crossfire series and it is also the longest book in the series, meaning that this one took a little longer to read. This book was also told through both the point of views of  Eva and Gideon. There seemed to be a lot going on in this story that didn't really seem to apply all that much to Eva and Gideon's relationship. For example and possible spoiler, the story line involving Eva's mother's past. This part of the story line seemed to really have nothing to do with anything else that was going on in the story. It really seemed as though this part of the story was just there to take up space.
I really wasn't into this book and it took forever to read. I felt I was just reading this book because I invested so much time in this series and I just wanted to see how the series ended. But I feel as though this series just dragged on longer than it really needed to and that there were stories that didn't really need to be told but were. And when it came to the end of this book and series it seemed as though this book just ended. I thought the end was going to be a little different with maybe an epilogue of a couple years into Gideon and Ava's relationship giving the reader an idea of how their relationship would be years from now. But that wasn't how the book ended and I was a little upset with that.
Overall I would have to say that the only reason to really read this book is if you already read the other books in the series and really want to know how to book ends.

When An Alpha Purrs By: Eve Langlais

(N) Billionaire CEO and leader of the largest East Coast pride, Arik is both a lion and a ladies man. Arik is used to commanding others and obedience so when a curvy hairdresser chops off a huge piece of his mane Arik is furious.
When she accidentally cuts more of a clients hair than intent Kira makes a run for it before he really can say or do anything. But what Kira doesn't realize is that Arik loves a good chase. And what Arik never expected was to fall in love with a human, with Kira.
When I first started reading this book I thought that it was going to go one way and it ended up going in a completely different direction. At first while reading I enjoyed this book but after a while I found myself getting less and less interested in the story and by the end of it I was ready for the whole thing to just be over. This is not a book that I can really say is worth reading.

Forever Rockers By: Terri Anne Browning

(N) All Shane wants is to make Harper happy and after searching and searching for answers on how to get pregnant they finally have an option that gives them both hope that it could be possible. Yet just when things seem to be going their way everything comes crashing down around them. And the one person Shane usually turns to, the one person he counts on to keep everything together is stuck in her own nightmare as well. Shane isn't handling things well and feels like everything is just falling apart around him.
As bad as everything is around him Shane won't allow himself to lose the woman he loves, Shane will make sure that he will keep her close until he cannot hold onto her anymore. It is because of him why everything is falling apart now something from his past. But Shane is going to do everything he can to fix things, Shane won't let what happened in the past ruin his future with Harper.
Forever Rockers is book 12 in The Rockers series and another book in the series that I read out of order. I skipped a few of the books that came before this one because they didn't interest me as much as this one did. I could not put this book down for the life of me. I had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen next and how this book was going to end. While this book mostly focused on the relationship between Harper and Shane the story was told through multiple people's point of views. And while I did love reading this book it goes without saying that by not reading some of the previous books I did miss some key information that happened in them. But even then I still don't really feel the need to read the other books and still loved reading this one.

The Rocker Who Cherishes Me By: Terri Anne Browning

(N) Wroth, once a Tennessee farm boy is now a hard man from life with the marines. Between his life with the marines and now his life as a member of OtherWorld nothing has the power to faze him anymore. Nothing that is except for her, she is everything that is good in the world, especially his world. Everything he has ever done has been for her, for Marissa but now he can't have her. Wroth won't allow himself to have her, Marissa is to innocent for him. And as much as Wroth wants her he knows that he's not good enough for her. Marissa deserves someone who is better, someone who will spend the rest of his life cherishing her, not someone who will just keep breaking her heart.
All her life her brother and Worth have protected her from the rest of the world. But they still seem to be treating her as if she was the same little girl from all those years ago, as if she could just break at any moment. After battling and beating childhood cancer it would take a lot to break her. Marissa thought nothing could break her, but she was wrong. Marissa has been in love with Wroth since she was a child and all she wants is for him to look at her the same way that she looks at him. When that day finally came Marissa lost it before she was truly able to have it all. Now she doesn't know how her and Wroth can get back what they once had before. Even so being so close to Wroth could destroy Marissa knowing that she isn't what he really wants. And when her brother asks her to go on tour with him and the OtherWorld members she decides to go, only realizing after the fact that she was going to be stuck on HIS bus.
The Rocker Who Cherishes Me is book 8th book in The Rocker series. I have now reached a point in this series where I only read the stories about the couples I am more interested in, so now I find myself skipping some books in the series. Wroth and Marissa's story was a story that I wanted to read. But their story wasn't nearly as good as the couples in the first four books in the series. That is not to say that the other stories shouldn't be read it is just to say that I like the original couples a lot more.

Forever, Please By: Willow Summers

(N) Olivia has to make a choice, to continue working with Hunter or to go off and work on her own business adventure. But that's not the only thing on her mind, Olivia knows that Hunter loves her but she is still unsure if Hunter loves her enough to want to spend forever with her. Hunter still has yet to tell his mother their news and Olivia worries if that is because at any moment Hunter could just choose to walk away from her. Olivia has now fallen deep for Hunter and does not know if she could handle it if he left her.
Forever, Please is the final book in the Please series.  And while I did enjoy this book and this series Forever, Please wasn't the best book in the series. This book didn't seem to end with the same strong ending as the other books in the series did.  But this is still a really good series that should be read.

More, Please By: WIllow Summers

(N) Olivia is spending her first night at Hunter's and it is there were she finally meets Hunter's fiancee. Hunter's fiancee doesn't want to let Hunter go and instead wants him all to herself. This leaves Olivia and Hunter in a very difficult situation. Hunter wants to break things off with his fiancee Blaire but things aren't always easy. Hunter is contractually obligated to marry Blaire and breaking that contract comes with some serious consequences.
Knowing there's only one thing she can do to help Hunter out of this sticky situation Olivia risks her relationship with Hunter by coming up a plan to get Hunter's father off his back and get Hunter out of his marriage contract. Hunter hates his father and would never agree to any plan that would involve Olivia and him being in the same room so for her plan to work Hunter cannot know what she is up to. But even if her plan works there is still the problem of Blaire who is making it her personal mission to cut Olivia out of Hunter's life.
This is the third book in the Please series and I managed to finish this book in one sitting, it took me later into the night than I would have liked but once I started reading I could not stop. There never really seemed like a good enough time to put the book down and wait until the next day to finish. If you haven't started reading this series yet then you should really give it a try.

RoomHate By: Penelope Ward

(N) Amelia just inherited a summer home from her grandmother after she died but Amelia didn't inherit the home alone. Only half the house was given to her, the other half was given to Justin, the boy who her grandmother helped raise and the one person who Amelia has ever loved. Justin is also  someone who now hates her now. Amelia hasn't seen Justin in years not since he broke her heart, back then he was just but boy but now years later he's a man. He's got a hardass personality and a body to match. Amelia and Justin haven't seen each other in years and now they're living together under the same roof for the summer but what's worse, Justin didn't come alone. As much as she doesn't want to admit it there's still a part of Amelia who still has feelings for the boy she fell in love with years ago. Amelia knows that she cannot have Justin there is still a part of her that feels the connection that is between them.
So when I first read a sample of this book I wasn't so sure about this book but I read it anyways. I found that after reading this book I can say that this book was more of a miss than a hit for me. It didn't start out on a high note but then got a little better in the middle before it went back down towards the end. During the middle of this book I found myself getting really into this story but then towards the end I found myself getting bored again. Not a book I can really recommend reading.
