Bite Me By: C.C. Wood

(N) Donna had a great life, she worked in advertising and had a gorgeous apartment. Then two months later it all came crashing down when Donna was fired from her job. Now she works as a cocktail waitress and lives in a tiny apartment. On top of that she hasn't had the best luck with men as of recently. Then one night she meets Conner Savage when he saves her from three drunks after work. But there's just one problem with Conner...Conner says he's a vampire. At first Donna thinks that he's crazy but it doesn't take long for Donna to realize that maybe Conner isn't crazy at all. But thinks aren't going so well between Conner and Donna someone is after Donna because of who she is to Conner and Conner is forced to take action in order to keep her safe.
I have had this book on my to-read pile for a while now and am just now getting around to reading it. And I have to say that I don't regret waiting around so long to read this book because it wasn't all that interesting. This book couldn't really hold my interest and while I did read till the end of this book it was only because I wanted to see how it ended. But it still wasn't enough to make me want to continue on with this series.

Yes, Please By: Willow Summers

(N) Olivia just graduated from college, has no job, a mountain of bills to pay, and is one month away from being homeless. Not wanting to live on the streets Olivia allows her friend Kim to get her an interview with Hunter Carlisle for an admin position. But with this job comes a lot more than just filing and running errands, this job comes with strings that Olivia isn't fully okay with. If Olivia gets the job she will have to sign two contracts, an admin one and a sexual one. The job requires Olivia to sleep with her boss whenever he wants and only when he wants. This would be just a sexual relationship no kissing, no hearts, no flowers, and especially no falling in love.
And this is not something that Olivia can just give into. Olivia knows that she will never be able to have a sexual relationship with someone without letting her heart get involved. And it's because of that why Olivia is hesistant to sign the contracts. But while Olivia wants to say no her body wants to say yes. While Olivia doesn't think that this is something that she wants Hunter is a man who knows what he wants and he wants Olivia.
Yes, please is book one in a four part series, with each book being a full length novel. I really enjoyed reading this book so much so that I have already pre-ordered the next book in this series. This book was really well written and kept me interested all the way till the very end.

Something Beautiful By: Jamie McGuire

(N) Something Beautiful is a novella about America and Shepley's relationship. America Mason is in love with Shepley Maddox. And unlike his cousin Travis, Shepley is a lover not a fighter. But as much as America loves Shepley she has yet to agree to take their relationship to the next level and is worried that Shepley will never agree after so many times of her telling him no. But a road trip to America's parents' home in Wichita, Kansas could either mean the next step in their relationship or the end of everything.
So this was a quick read that I managed to finish in one sitting. With that being said I wasn't really into this book. America and Shepley's relationship didn't really get to me in the same way that Abby and Travis' relationship did. I felt as though all America really did was complain and came off as rather annoying. With that being said this is not something that I will be reading again.

The Lost Slipper By: Alexa Riely

(N) The first time Stone saw Winnie she was alone in the woods with no memory of where she came from or anything of her life before she was found. With one look, Stone knew something was different about Winnie but he didn't know what. When Winnie reached eighteen, the age a female comes into her mating heat Stone realized that the reason he felt the way he did all those years ago was because Winnie is his mate.
After spending a few days with Stone once she was found Stone sent Winnie off to live with a family in his pack. For the next four years Winnie was left to deal with the hateful treatment of her adopted stepmother and two stepsisters. But now that Winnie is mated to the alpha all of that changes. But her past doesn't makes it easy for Winnie to whole-heartedly give herself over to Stone.
This book is a quick little read but an enjoyable quick little read. I really liked reading this book and could not put it down. So if this sounds like something you would enjoy then I say give it try.

This was a good, interesting book. This was yet another book that had been in my to-read pile for a while now and I'm finally getting around to reading it. And this was yet another book that I could not put down once I started reading and was upset when I did have to put it down only because my battery needed to be charged. Needless to say that this is a story worth reading.
