Something Beautiful is a novella about America and Shepley's relationship. America Mason is in love with Shepley Maddox. And unlike his cousin Travis, Shepley is a lover not a fighter. But as much as America loves Shepley she has yet to agree to take their relationship to the next level and is worried that Shepley will never agree after so many times of her telling him no. But a road trip to America's parents' home in Wichita, Kansas could either mean the next step in their relationship or the end of everything.
So this was a quick read that I managed to finish in one sitting. With that being said I wasn't really into this book. America and Shepley's relationship didn't really get to me in the same way that Abby and Travis' relationship did. I felt as though all America really did was complain and came off as rather annoying. With that being said this is not something that I will be reading again.
