(N) Spencer is a hot as sin playboy who is all over the New York gossip columns for being seen with so many different women. Spencer sees nothing wrong with his lifestyle but his father does and he wants Spencer to cool it. Spencer's father has some conservative investors who want to buy his father's Fifth Avenue jewelry store but in order for this investment to go through Spencer needs to look the part of a committed guy. While Spencer sees nothing wrong with his life for his father's sake Spencer will go through with this lie. So Spencer asks his best friend and business partner Charlotte to be his fiancee for the next week. Charlotte agrees having her own reasons for saying yes to Spencer's offer.
Pretty soon all the pretending to be a couple in public leads the two to no longer pretending in the bedroom. And soon the feelings that these two have been faking for each other becomes real
For
Big Rock I really did try to get into this book and even when I wasn't feeling it I still kept reading thinking 'hey maybe it gets better.' But no I just couldn't do it, I couldn't get into it. I tried I really did to like it, I don't know why I tried so hard to like it but I did and I just couldn't make it through this book. I finally gave up after about halfway through cause I just couldn't get myself to care anymore about this book or about what would happen next. This book was just not the book for me.
