      Sometime life doesn't go as planned. Brielle's certainly didn't. One moment she was going off to NYU on a fully paid scholarship, and the next, she had become something she never thought she would be. Brielle learned quickly and the money she made allowed her to pay for her mother's chemo treatments. Once all of their debts were paid off, Brielle met a man and got out of the business. Brielle built a business and became a high-end escort to the weathly of the wealthiest; to men who paid her well and allowed her to live a comfortable life. Then one night at an event, she met a man.        The moment Caden saw her, he had to have her. He knew what she was, and he didn't care. Caden would pay any amount of money for one night with her. After their night was over, he wanted more. He craved more. She was the perfect woman and he didn't have to worry about her wanting a relationship or falling in love. Caden made her an offer she couldn't refuse. He owned her. Everyone has a price. Then things become complicated, and the more time he spends with her, the more Caden's past haunted him. Feelings for her started to take over, but the demons inside Caden kept him in check, reminding him of what he'd done and making sure that he'd never make the same mistake again. 

       I've read a few books by Sandi Lynn so going into this one I already had a few expectations. And while I did enjoy reading The Escort it wasn't nearly as good as some of Sandi Lynn's other stories. It just didn't hold my attention as much as some of her other stories that I've read. That's not to say that The Escort wasn't a good read, but more like a one and done kind of read.
