He's, like, literally the worst. Oakley Davis is the star running back at their university - and the reason Amanda has broken her vow to avoid the college party scene. Thanks to a mix-up with her advisor, she's now serving her Public Relations internship as a glorified babysitter to the party-hard football players.
Specifically, Oakley.
He's impossible to manage. His Instagram is full of pictures of him half-naked and drunk, and he'd rather attend parties than practice. Oakley's brand needs some serious work, and when he's not driving Amanda insane, he's sleeping his way through the entire female population.
But Amanda's determined. She has plans to graduate a semester early, and nothing or no one will get in her way. She's a Virgo, after all. Oakley Davis might be a privileged, cocky football star, but she's Amanda Matthews, and she'll do whatever it takes to get her A.
She just has to make sure she doesn't end up falling in love with the idiot, first.
Looking to Score was a book that was both recommended to me and one I saw that I kept seeing come up in my feed because it was just released. And I'm really glad that I did give this book a try, I could not put Looking to Score down. I just couldn't get enough of the love-hate dynamic between Oakley and Amanda.
