(N) One kiss shared between friends can change everything. Now there's no going back, they can only move forward. Things between Lucy and Harris are different now and the only thing left to ask is; where do they go from there?
So I'm finally getting around to reading the next book in this series. The Lucy and Harris series is a spin-off series on The Rocker series. And I first want to say that I am a big fan of The Rockers series, my favorites books are the ones featuring the original five rockers. But while I loved reading those books this one just did not do it for me. While the first book in this series was a good read this one just did not cut it. I ended up just skimming through most of this book because it was just so boring. And then with that ending it was just wrong, I already knew that this book was going to end on a cliffhanger but the way it ended was still just so wrong.
Another issue I have is both with this book and with the series, from what I have seen from the fist two books that I have read is that this series could have just been told in one long book, maybe even two. I can safely say that between what happened in the last book and what happened in this one it all could have just been told in one book. But instead of just being one or even two books Lucy and Harris' story is being told in four parts, two novellas and one full length. The four books in the series isn't even all that true because the third book in this series isn't even about Lucy and Harris. The third book is instead about Lucy and Harris' best friends and their relationship together. So needless to say I will not be coming on with this series and if you want to read a series by this author I say read The Rocker series instead.
