(N) So I'm finally getting around to reading the final book in the Up In The Air series. This book was told through both James' and Stephan's points of views on some of the things that happened in the first three books of the series. It was noted that this book was a continuation of the series but it's really more of a retelling of the first three books in the series just told through the males point of views with a little extra thrown in at the end. Since Mr. Beautiful is the telling of James' and Stephan's points of views of the first three books there are times/chapters where the same situation is told twice both through their different perspectives. For example, what happened after the shooting that occurred towards the end of book three. The events that take place in the hospital are told through both James' point of view and Stephan's point of view, giving the reader a better understanding of what James and Stephen were going through at that time.
There was one thing that I did not like about this book. First I just want to point out that this book ends at about just under 70% which isn't a bad thing but I just wanted to point out that it was never mentioned that the book ended before 100%. The part that I really didn't like about this book was after the book was said to be over out of nowhere all these teasers for different books came in which was fine but then it went back to James' point of view like the book wasn't actually over. It was so confusing that after the first couple of teasers I gave up trying to figure out what was going on and just stopped reading the rest of the book. It seemed like towards the end of the book Lilley had the idea of putting teasers of other books she wrote in but it wasn't executed well at all, and ended up being just a big mess. Overall I think that this book isn't worth reading and doesn't really do much in contributing to the story.
