(N) He's the boss while she's the booty call. During her last relationship Talia put everything she had into it but in return she got nothing. Now she's just trying to prove that she has what it takes to work among talented designers and architect for ARC Industries, trying to do everything she can to build a better future for herself. But then the new boss arrives, and that's when trouble follows. Now Talia finds herself becoming distracted by daydreams staring her boss Theo Solomon. But that's not Talia's only problem her smart mouth keeps seeming to pop up every time Theo's around.
Soon those daydreams aren't just becoming dreams but reality. Talia becomes Theo's booty call. But due to her past relationship Talia is hesitant to accept that she will never be anything more than a secret affair.
This book was a quick and easy read that was able to keep my attention for the whole book. With that being said the only thing I really didn't enjoy was it kind of ending pretty abruptly. It didn't end in a cliffhanger or anything like that but it just kind of ended. So it's left a little unclear if the next book in this series will be more of Theo and Talia or if Like a F*ucking Boss was it and the next book will focus on another couple. That being said I might just go ahead and read the next book in this series to find out.
