(N) They called themselves the Three Musketeers, twins Izzy and Shane and their best friend Andi. These three have been friends since they were seven years-old when Izzy and Shane moved in next door to the lonely Andi. Now all three are at college, while Shane and Andi go to the same college Izzy goes to a college that's just over an hour away. When things have gone too far with her current boyfriend Andi goes to Shane for help and from there Andi and Shane's friendship begins to change into something more.
Shane has always been protective of Andi but when she comes to him after a scuffle with her boyfriend it triggers something in Shane. Andi has had feelings for Shane but always knew that there was no way that he could feel the same way about her, that is until Shane kisses her and then Andi doesn't know how he feels.
I really enjoyed reading My Best Friend's Brother, it definitely kept my attention throughout the entire book and had me wanting to read what would happen next. This book is told through both Shane and Andi's points of views and while most of the chapters are told in the present there are a few flashbacks that take place throughout the book. Usually I am not a fan of books with flashbacks or chapters told in the past but I have to say that in this book it worked. There was just enough told in the past to make it work and the flashbacks didn't just come out of nowhere like it has for most books that I have read. My Best Friend's Brother is definitely a book that I would recommend giving a read.
